Responsibilities:

• Operate coffee-making equipment, such as espresso machines and grinders, ensuring the proper extraction and brewing techniques

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the coffee bar, equipment, and utensils

• Handle cash and process transactions accurately, following policies and procedures

• Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly

The ideal candidate should have excellent baking skills, creativity, and a strong commitment to producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods under the guidance of our head baker

Measure and mix ingredients accurately, ensuring appropriate proportions and consistency

Operate and maintain baking equipment, including ovens & mixers

Monitor baking process, adjusting temperature and timing as needed to achieve desired results

Decorate and present baked goods in a visually appealing manner

Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area

Wash dishes and maintaining a clean work space

Inventory counts, receive shipments and restocking

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Baker or relevant culinary training is preferred

Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment

Attention to detail and ability to produce consistent, high-quality baked goods

Strong organizational and time management skills to meet production deadlines

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
